Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Goldfield Estate collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries made to our Karachi office.

1. Who we are

Goldfield Estate is a real estate development and construction company based in Karachi, Pakistan. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Goldfield Estate, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

Our registered office is M1-77/C Khayaban-E-Jami, Phase VII, Karachi 74200, Pakistan, and our telephone number is +92 300 847 2615. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

This website does not contain contact forms, accounts, or payment pages. If you choose to contact us — by telephone, by post, or by visiting our office — you may give us information such as:

  • your name and the name of any company you represent;
  • your telephone number, postal address, and any other contact details you provide;
  • details of the property, plot, or project you are enquiring about, including drawings or documents you choose to share with us;
  • information relevant to a contract, such as identification and ownership documents, where we are formally engaged to develop, build, buy, or sell property.

Information collected automatically

Like almost all websites, this site is delivered by a web server that keeps standard technical logs. These logs may record your IP address, the date and time of your request, the pages requested, the referring page, and basic information about your browser and device. This information is used to keep the site available and secure, and is not used to build a profile of you.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own, and does not track you across other websites.

Information handled by third parties

Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, your IP address and basic request information are received by Google as the provider of that service. We do not receive or store that data. Our hosting provider processes technical log data on our behalf in order to serve the site.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information only for purposes connected with our business, namely to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations, site visits, or viewings;
  • prepare proposals, estimates, specifications, and contracts;
  • carry out and administer a project we have been engaged for, including correspondence with your architect, consultants, or agents where you have asked us to;
  • keep records required for accounting, tax, contractual, and regulatory purposes;
  • operate, secure, and improve this website;
  • comply with legal obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • professional advisers engaged on your project — for example architects, structural and services engineers, surveyors, and legal or accounting advisers;
  • contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers who need specific details in order to carry out work for your project;
  • service providers who support our business, such as our website host and IT support;
  • public authorities, regulators, or courts, where we are required by law to disclose information.

Where we engage a service provider, we require them to use the information only for the purpose we gave it to them for, and to protect it appropriately.

5. Where your information is held

Our records are held in Pakistan. Some of the service providers we rely on, including website hosting and font delivery, may process technical data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider offers an appropriate standard of security and confidentiality.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as they remain useful to the conversation you started, and then delete them. Records connected with a contract — drawings, specifications, correspondence, and financial records — are kept for as long as the project and any related legal, tax, or warranty obligations require, and are then securely destroyed. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access — including restricted access to our records, secure storage of physical documents, and encrypted transmission of this website where our hosting supports it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer have a legal or contractual reason to keep;
  • object to a particular use of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you.

Please make your request by telephone to the number below, or in writing to our office address. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable period. As at the date of this policy, Pakistan does not have a single comprehensive data protection statute in force; we apply the principles set out above as a matter of practice, alongside our obligations under applicable Pakistani law.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults with a professional or personal interest in property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other websites

This site does not link to social media platforms and does not embed third-party tracking widgets. If we ever link to an external website, that site's own privacy policy will govern anything you do there, and we are not responsible for its content or practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example if we add a contact form, change our hosting arrangements, or if the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
